Vladimir Sani- Agata
Vladimir Sani- Agata is a Business development specialist and a Digital Consultant for N3 LLC and Microsoft. He is a graduate of the Michael Coles Business School (Kennesaw State University) in Georgia. He worked a few years in West Africa at the United Nations Development Program as a Business Development Specialist. In West Africa he led a national entrepreneurship project BPC and was the private sector focal point. He contributed as a panelist in few workshops on Entrepreneurship and Innovation and appeared as a guest on National TV to discuss Innovation and development. In addition, Vladimir is an independent Insurance Texas license broker.
Mr Alpha BALDE réside à Dallas TEXAS. Cet ingénieur en Informatique d’Origine guinéenne est Chef d’entreprises, Business Consultant, Expert en Marketing.
Mr BALDÉ est un passionné des investissements. Il a une maîtrise en Real Estate (Immobilier). Il enseigne aussi comment investir dans les Marchés financiers (Stocks, currencies, Bonds). Il est auteur et a publié 5 livres sur le Marché Mondial des Dévises Communément appelé FOREX Market. Un de ses livres a été le premier de sa catégorie au niveau mondial en 2014 (Best Seller).
Mr BALDÉ est aussi un leader & Organisateur communautaire. Il œuvre inlassablement et inconditionnellement pour le rayonnement et la grandeur de la Communauté Guinéenne des USA dont il est le premier responsable en sa Qualité de Président du Conseil Général des Guinéens de l’Etranger section États Unis d’Amérique (CGE-USA). Il est également Président de l’Association des Guinéens de Dallas Texas.
Yves Koulidiati is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of SmartPark/SlideX. He has been the software architect of all related software applications developed by SmartPark. Yves is very creative and always works relentlessly to achieve his goals.
Over the past 15 years, he has accumulated tremendous software engineering knowledge and learned that passion is the key; the drive to achieving the impossible. In the past, Yves has worked on projects involving Complex Event Processing, Machine Learning and 3D Modeling.
Yves is has also worked on a prototype “SimMars”-style game-based on NASA Data, which will be a mathematical model of an isolated off-world habitat for the School of Earth and Space Exploration of Arizona State University where he is pursing a Software Engineering degree.
As a Co-founder of SmartPark/SlideX, Yves has engaged the company into a partnership with NASA/JSC (Johnson Space Center) to integrate SmartPark/SlideX technology with NASA’s REALM technology in order to improve assets management on the ISS (International Space Station), for the Mars Exploration Program and deep space exploration. The result of this partnership will also bring a state of the art product that will thrive on the market.

Kevin Folly-Kossi is a Senior Oil and Gas Engineer for Hess Corporation and a graduate from Colorado School of Mines in Petroleum Engineering. Throughout his 10 years of professional experience in the energy sector, Kevin Folly-Kossi has developed various skills in field optimization and project management. In the recent challenging oil price environment, Kevin Folly-Kossi has also gained valuable experience in operating cost reduction through lean methodology establishing efficient workflows designed to identify cost savings and production add opportunities. Working for a fortune 500 company has helped Kevin Folly-Kossi grow the leadership and organizational aptitudes that he uses to positively impact his community.
Professor Nana K. Asare
Nana K. Asare is an Assistant Professor of Health and Kinesiology/Sport Management at Texas Southern University in Houston where he is a lecturer and researcher in the areas of Sport Law, Ethics and Corruption in Sport, Sport Agency and Negotiations, Athletes and Political Activism as well as International Sport and Sports Tourism. Professor Asare is the founder and president of Houston based international sports marketing and management firm Nasare Athletics, Inc. and the technology consulting firm Nasare Technologies. He is also the cofounder of Royal Diaspora Group LLC; a travel and tourism company connecting diasporans to the continent of Africa.
Professor Asare serves as the Vice Chairman of the Ghana Houston Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ghana Association of Houston. He is a member of the 2018 Small Business Association (SBA) Emerging Leaders CEO Program and a member of the Houston Alumni Association of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Professor Asare holds a Juris Doctor in Law from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, an MBA in International Business from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY; a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the College of Physicians & Surgeons at Columbia University in New York and a BS in Biology from Texas Southern University.
Mr. Verbrugghe is the ex-chairman of the city of Houston Mayor International Trade and Development Council for Europe. He also served as the Chairman of the Belgian American Chamber of Commerce of Texas and the Southwest and as Chairman of TransCap, a company helping young entrepreneurs take their start up to the next level.
He is also on the board of the World Chamber of Commerce of Texas.
Mr. Verbrugghe worked for seventeen years for Westinghouse building Nuclear Power Plants in Europe and around the world, and responsible for Transfer of Nuclear Technology to seventeen licenses around the world. He subsequently ran six companies as President and CEO, all in the Industrial Manufacturing Technology arena with more than 200 operations and profit and loss centers in over 180 countries in the world & leading more than 20,000 people in Quality Value Creation. He then became a serial entrepreneur and started and developped four technology driven companies.
Mr. Verbrugghe was born in Belgium, has three masters: 1) in Electronics Engineering and Semiconductors, 2) in Nuclear Sciences, Technology, and Radioprotection, and 3) in Business, Finances, Marketing, and Operations Optimization. He is now retired but lived in five countries, spoke seven languages, married for forty years with his best friend, have three children, and is now Chief Spoiling Officer (CSO) for their nine grandchildren.
Michelle Ngome is the founder and President of the African-American Marketing Association and Line 25 Consulting. She authored the highly acclaimed book, Network, Navigate & Nurture: The Equation to Strategic Networking and Success Undefined: Reject Your Fears & Frame Your Success. She hosts a weekly podcast called Networking with Michelle, discussing life strategies with a bit of entrepreneurial advice. Her contributions have been featured in numerous publications including Entrepreneur, Inc, and Yahoo. Michelle has presented to AIG, eWomen’s Network, Black MBA, PeopleFund, and a lot more.
Jane is powerful change agent in her community. This Houston, TX native was born to immigrant parents from Nigeria who migrated to the United States for schooling. Jane received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University, graduating as the 3rd African American female in Computer Science. Her love for technology enabled her to be awarded a Master’s of Science in Computer Information Systems degree from the University of Houston-Victoria and became a member of Gamma Beta Phi. In her professional career, she currently is working as a Sr. Application Analyst with Memorial Hermann and is a part of the Women Leaders of Memorial Hermann.
Jane has served as member of the Mayor’s International Trade and Development Council- Africa and served as the Vice President for Young African Professional of Houston (AfriPro-Houston.) She also served as the planning chair for the National Association of Health Service Executive’s annual children health event titled Let’s Move. Jane has been tagged as one of Houston’s next top leaders and thus is a graduate of the Houston Black Leadership Institute sponsored by The Greater Houston Black Chamber and was featured in Who’s Who of Black Houston.
Jane has a strong passion for empowering others and for culture. These passions have led her to branch out and become the founder of Culturally Naija, a group founded to address the needs of Nigerians in America and embrace Nigerians from all walks of life, regardless of their ethnic and religious backgrounds. She is also a member of the African Coalition PAC and serves on the board of the West African Film Festival which bring a more complete and accurate picture of West Africa to Houston through visual media while celebrating the connection between West Africa and African Americans for Black History Month.
Inninwe Gerard Dakouo
Highly-motivated and a self-starter multilingual mid-level Business Development Professional with 9 years of experience in deal-making within the natural resources sector, government advisory, and operational improvements within international Organizations both in the public and Private sector with a keen focus on Frontier markets. Born and raised in Mali (West Africa) and Trained in the US, married and the father of two, Inninwe is a globetrotter who has built solid professional experiences with leading multinational organizations:
SFA International Inc, RVM Energy LLC, Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Mali, and Global Medical Equipment LLC. Inninwe is fluent in French, English and has working knowledge of Spanish. Inninwe graduated from West Texas A&M, Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business with an MBA and also holds a BAAS in ATPI from The University of North Texas College of Information.
